1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly.

2. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

3. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship internationally and offer free shipping for all purchases over $35 AUD.
